One such assistant is HotelWpf, and although it's not a flesh-and-bones helper, it can do the job just as well by letting you save and organize useful data about your business.

Please note that unlike similar software solution, this one requires you to register an account on the developer's homepage, which will generate an activation key, along with a username and a password (probably defaulted to admin / 123).

Once you do that, you are free to download the application on your computer. After installing the app, you need to provide it with the activation code mentioned above. Logging in can be done by inputting the username and password given to you after generating the account.

As stated above, you can turn to HotelWpf if you're managing a hotel or similar establishment and need a place to save and organize all your data. You can view a plan of the building, property-related information, pricing, authorizations (receptionists), marketing and sales data, reports and more.

Accessing each section can be simply done by clicking the category you're interested in and selecting the option from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can use the tabs in the top part of the window and toolbar buttons for the same effect.

The application boasts a clean, tidy interface that enables even inexperienced users to understand its controls easily and benefit from its capabilities without significant efforts.

However, some of the menus might seem a little out of place. For example, if you access the "Settings" pane, you will notice that all but one category (the Language one) trigger no effect when operated. Another thing that might be annoying for some users is that you can't resize the window no matter what you do.

All in all, if you feel overwhelmed by administrating your hotel, you might find a trustworthy assistant in HotelWpf. Aside from minor inconveniences that can be easily brushed off by interested users, the program has a fresh feel, its interface is tidy and easy to navigate and the number of functions it provides you with is rather large.
