Photo Framer is a simplistic application which allows you to perform several operations on your image files in a user-friendly environment.

If you are using Windows 7, then make sure to run Photo Framer with administrative rights. Otherwise, several errors will keep popping up during runtime.

The interface of Photo Framer is plain and easy to work with. You can import images by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported (and neither is batch processing).

So, you can select one of the many frames found in each category (e.g. simple borders, button effect, oval, mask effect), as well as apply effects (e.g. blur, color noise, contrast, grayscale, invert).

Furthermore, you can save images in the BMP, JPG, GIF or PNG format, print, crop, rotate, flip and resize pictures, adjust the color balance, switch to full screen mode, change the editor background color and interface style, use the undo and redo functions, and more.
