Virtual Drive Creator is a software solution designed to create virtual drives from any folder, thus enabling you to get rid of long paths for the files that you access on a regular basis.

There's nothing difficult about this program and this is probably the number one upside, seeing as any user needs just a few seconds to figure out how to use it.

The program features a clean and intuitive interface, with a few options displayed right in the main window. Creating a new virtual drive is as easy as it gets. Just navigate to the desired folder, choose a drive letter from the right list and hit the “Add Virtual Drive” button.

The left side of the main window is reserved for used drive letters, so in case you want to remove one of the previously created drives, it's enough to pick one from the list and click on the “Remove Virtual Drive” option.

Virtual Drive Creator works on all Windows versions and, as said, you do not even have to restart the system to view the newly-created drive. It is enough to open My Computer and you can already access it.

But, if we were to vote for some improvements, we would certainly go for a configuration screen and a more appealing design because although this simple look does its job, a more user-friendly approach is always recommended.

Simply put, Virtual Drive Creator may come in handy to many users out there and as long as it does not bother you to have a lot of drive letters in My Computer, make sure to give this one a try. It does not burden the computer’s performance and the response time is good. The interface could use some improvements, yet we did not come across any errors or crashes.
